Dietrich is an independent consultant with experience supporting Head Start and other government-funded programs. Her work involves reviewing and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of services delivered to children. This analysis helps identify challenges within key areas, including program eligibility, health and safety, program design, family services, and education. The findings are compiled to support program improvement and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
In her role as a State reviewer, Dietrich conducted administrative reviews for organizations participating in the USDA's Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). She collected, reviewed, and assessed program data to evaluate compliance with federal and State requirements and prepared detailed reports for submission to the State.
Additionally, Dietrich serves as an arbitrator in good standing on the FINRA Dispute Resolution Services Arbitration Roster.
